My Story

Hello, you! My name is Melanie Seremet
and I’m 17 years old. I have had a passion for art since I can remember. As I grew
up, I realized I can do more than just create art for myself: I can produce it
for others while inspiring them to be creative and reach for their personal goals as well. I
knew that starting my business at such a young age (15) would be difficult, but I know that I
can do it if I dedicate my energy. I’ve noticed how easily people put
themselves down and fail to stand out. Bleeding Ink is for people like me who
are willing to try and push themselves to live their dreams. For this reason, I
wanted to create bold designs and pieces with symbolic meaning to inspire and uplift. Additionally, as an aspiring nurse I realize the importance of donations in the healthcare field, which is why a great majority of my profit is donated towards The American Nurses Association.
